1. Eligibility

To use the Services, the following must be true:

[a] You’re at least 18 years old.

[b] Right now, you are in Singapore.

[c] You agree to these Terms and are bound by them.

You agree and know that just because you meet the above requirements, that doesn’t mean you will get the services through Medsingamart.

2. Changes

  1. You can make changes to these Terms at any time by adding a new copy to the Website. Everything changes right away unless something says otherwise. It is up to you to make sure you understand the newest Terms. For as long as you use the Website, you agree to follow the new Terms.
  2. The Website’s access can be changed, stopped, or limited at any time and for any cause, with or without notice.
  3. The last time these Terms were changed was March 16, 2021.

3. Definitions

In these words:

  1. It’s not true that words like “including” and “similar” mean an end.
  2. Loss includes any other claim, damage, loss, responsibility, or cost, like lawyer fees for both the client and the lawyer. You can also lose money, savings, earnings, or data when you lose something.
  3. Any piece of data, information, or statement that can be used to find out who a real person is is called personal information. Personal data, information that can be used to find out who someone is, and other similar types of information as defined by privacy and data security laws are all included.
  4. Terms are these rules and instructions. They are called Website Terms of Use.
  5. Every network, system, program, file, or other piece of content that supports or is related to the Website is called an “Underlying System.”
  6. You need a unique name and/or password to get into certain parts of the Website. This is your User ID.

4. The beginning

Medsingamart owns and runs the net page. The Website is meant to make it easier for people who have signed up to get the Services. What do you mean by “Services”? They include, but aren’t limited to: (i) giving people health and wellness information (“Content”); (ii) providing pharmacy services; (iii) creating and keeping health care records and health care information for use in health care provider appointments, communications, and pharmacy services; (iv) helping people schedule and pay for health care provider services and pharmacy services; (vi) letting people use the Services to talk to health care providers directly; and (vii) delivering products and medications by medical professionals who work as independent contractors with Medsinga and other affiliated professional entities for communication, consultations, assessments, and treatment by those health care organizations and their providers (“Providers”). We can change the nature of the Services at any time and for any reason, without telling you first.

5. Extra permission for virtual services

7.1 Telemedicine is when a health care provider talks to a patient over the phone or internet even though they are not in the same room. It can be done in a number of ways, including through computers, the internet, and electronic mail. It is possible to teach patients about their health, treat them, and check up on them through telemedicine. Among other things, it can include:

  1. People who get health care and people who work in health care send medical notes, photos, personal health information, and other types of data to each other electronically.
  2. Talks between a patient and a health care worker that take place over voice, video, or data
  3. Sound and video files, as well as info sent out by medical equipment, can be used.

6. Accountabilities

You must give us correct, up-to-date, and complete information whenever you deal with us, even when you set up an account. You must also quickly change that information as needed to keep it correct, up-to-date, and complete. If someone gives you a User ID, you need to keep it safe and do these things:

  1. Do not let anyone else use your User ID. This means you should not give it to anyone else or tell them about it.
  2. If you find out that someone else has shared or used your User ID without your permission, email care@medsinga.com right away.

7. Ownership of ideas

Our partners and we own the website and the systems that run it. The Website’s text, graphics, artwork, photos, logos, icons, sound files, videos, and the way it looks and feels are all part of this.

8. Disclaimers

There is no way that our partners or we can be held responsible for any Loss you or anyone else may have because of:
[a]It’s not working at all or takes a long time to load; the information you [b]can get from the Website has mistakes or is missing information.
c) That when you visit or use the Website, you might get viruses or other things that could damage your computer or put you at risk of fraud. Just so we’re clear, it’s your job to make sure you use the Website.
[d] This won’t happen if you go to any site that is linked from the Website. The Website has links to other websites, but that doesn’t mean that the Website supports, agrees with, or suggests those websites, their content, their owners, or how they work. The Website is also not in charge of these sites or the people who run them.
(e) what the Providers do, don’t do, default, breach, or neglect while doing their job as independent workers.

10. Loss of rights and suspension

We can refuse to let you use the Website (or any part of it) if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. We can do this right away and without warning. It doesn’t change any other rights or options we may have.
